Vision

The vision of the Oyo State Ministry of Culture and Tourism is:

To make Oyo State a leading cultural and tourism destination in Nigeria and Africa through the preservation, development, promotion and sustainable utilization of its rich cultural heritage and tourism resources.

The vision is aimed at positioning Oyo State as a preferred destination for cultural, historical, recreational and leisure tourism activities while promoting the State’s rich heritage to both domestic and international visitors.
